Qualifications:
  • 5 years in a high volume, upscale food and beverage operation
  • Passion for nurturing an environment where flexibility and a willingness to meet demands are all in a days work
  • Expertise in food and beverage and strong knowledge of industry trends
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the exciting pre-opening and opening phases of the Food & Beverage restoration project
  • Understands all protocols and processes in the lobby café and hotel bar and serves as the expert on execution
