    What you'll be doing

  • Lead day-to-day operations across assigned restaurants, bars, cafes, lounges, or Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Supervise, coach, train, schedule, and support outlet team members to deliver exceptional guest service and operational performance.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout all service periods.
  • Monitor guest feedback and respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns and service recovery situations.
  • Partner closely with Culinary, Stewarding, Banquets, and Food & Beverage leadership teams to support seamless daily operations.
  • Support staffing, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ongoing team development initiatives.
  • Assist with inventory management, labor controls, scheduling, operational reporting, and outlet financial performance.
  • Support promotions, upselling initiatives, beverage programs, and guest engagement opportunities designed to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, Ontario Liquor guidelines, alcohol service laws, and hotel operational policies.
  • Monitor outlet cleanliness, operational readiness, and service flow to maintain a polished and guest-ready environment.
  • Support banquet functions, events, and high-volume service periods as needed.
  • Any other duties assigned.
  • The essentials

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in food and beverage or restaurant management
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience within hospitality or restaurant operations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards, POS systems, inventory management, and labor management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to operational detail and guest experience standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, HACCP guidelines, and alcohol service requirements preferred.
  • Positive, hands-on, and service-focused leadership style.
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and event support as needed.
  • A passion for hospitality, leadership, teamwork, guest engagement, and creating exceptional dining experiences

Anticipated Pay Range & Additional Job Information

Pay Range: $62,000.00/annual to $72,000.00/annual .The base pay offered may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge skills and specific / overall experience.

Union/Non-Union: This is a non-unionized role.
