Job Summary:
Food & Beverage Outlet manager will be responsible for restaurant, bar and outlet operations. Maintaining operational goals, promoting teamwork amongst staff, and elevating service quality and safety to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.


Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $57,784.00 - $81,225.00 + annual bonus

Job Responsibilities:

 

Operational Setup & Brand Alignment

  • Support the Director of F&B in implementing outlet concepts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest experience goals.
  • Assist with planning for layout, service flow, and operational feasibility within the outlet.
  • Learn and enforce outlet storytelling, signature moments, and service ethos under guidance of the Director.

Team Recruitment & Training

  • Assist in hiring outlet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support personnel.
  • Conduct hands-on training programs focused on luxury service standards, SOPs, and brand expectations.
  • Cross-train team members to ensure flexibility and operational readiness.

Menu & Beverage Preparation

  • Work with the culinary and beverage teams to understand menus, wine lists, and beverage programs.
  • Ensure accurate execution of menu offerings, portioning, and presentation during pre-opening trials and soft openings.
  • Support inventory setup, ingredient par levels, and beverage stocking procedures.

Systems & Operational Readiness

  • Assist in configuring POS, table management, and inventory control systems for daily outlet operations.
  • Ensure team familiarity with reservations, reporting, and order-entry systems.
  • Help implement SOPs for service, guest recovery, and safety compliance.

Ongoing Responsibilities

Daily Operational Leadership

  • Oversee all daily outlet operations, ensuring service quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Monitor service flow, table management, and guest interactions to maintain elevated standards.
  • Manage opening, closing, and shift transitions according to operational requirements.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Coach, mentor, and supervise outlet staff, providing feedback to support skill development.
  • Schedule and assign daily shifts, balancing coverage with business needs.
  • Lead by example in service delivery, fostering a positive, engaged team culture.

Guest Experience & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all guest interactions meet luxury service standards.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback, resolving service issues promptly.
  • Support VIP and high-profile guest service protocols as directed by the Director.

Financial & Inventory Oversight

  • Monitor outlet labor, beverage, and supply costs under the guidance of the Director.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, control waste, and ensure proper handling of cash and POS transactions.
  • Assist with reporting metrics related to sales, costs, and service performance.

Compliance & Safety

  • Enforce health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service compliance at the outlet level.
  • Ensure team adherence to SOPs, fire safety, and hygiene standards.

Innovation & Guest Engagement

  • Support the rollout of new menu items, beverage offerings, and outlet promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Director to provide feedback on guest trends, operational improvements, and team performance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Finds innovative solutions for everyday problems
  • Act as the point of contact for the outlet in the absence of the Director during operational hours.
  • Participate in meetings with the Director to review performance, staffing, and operational needs.
  • Assist with training and orientation for new hires across shifts and outlets as needed.

 

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree, Culinary degree, or equivalent hospitality experience preferred.
  • ServSafe certification (or regional equivalent) required.
  • TIPs Certification required
  • Minimum of 5 years of restaurant or food & beverage experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout a shift, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required; bilingual preferred.
  • Ability to ski or snowboard strongly preferred, given resort environment.
  • Strong leadership, team development, and guest service skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and food & beverage operations preferred.

The expected pay range is $57,784.00 - $81,225.00 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
