Job description

LCOR is currently seeking an Intern to join our team at our Development Office in Bethesda, MD.
Position starts June 23, 2026 to August 15, 2026 - Mondays through Thursdays (in person).
Job responsibilities for the position include
  • Perform market analysis
  • Assist in various financial analysis pertaining to class A multifamily apartment projects
  • Assist onsite construction teams with project management functions
  • Assist development teams with various project-related tasks
  • Assist operations with financial analysis
  • Assist operations with training and development
  • Assist operations with on site performance
  • Assist operations with new development onboarding and set up.

Students will be provided access to deal analytics and live project management work streams.
Interested candidates should possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
  • Experience with MS Office/Word/Excel
  • Strong financial skills and experience creating / managing a budget
