Job description

Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator


Bridgeview, IL | Temp-to-Hire | $33-$37/hour


North Bridge Staffing Group is partnering with a growing, family-owned organization in Bridgeview to hire an EA & Operations Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to play a key role supporting accounting, operations, and office administration within a collaborative business.


This position will begin as a 3โ€“6 month temporary assignment with strong potential to convert to a full-time employee.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks (Sage experience is a plus)
  • Coordinate purchase orders, equipment quotes, and vendor documentation
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative projects
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and light executive support
  • Partner with leadership and support multiple affiliated businesses


Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, office management, or administrative support
  • AP/AR and basic bookkeeping experience required
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • No bachelor's degree required
