    Responsibilities

    Performs a wide range of operational and analytical duties to assist with the planning, management, and coordination of the Patient Care/Surgical Services Divisions' Operational, Clinical, Quality, and Educational initiatives.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED

     

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or Healthcare related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgement and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, technical, analytical, and decision making abilities.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively with others as a team, communicate effectively, and maintain courteous and professional demeanor and attitude at all times under stressful conditions.
  • PREFERRED

     

  • Prior Human Resources and/or Operations experience.
  • Prior project / system implementation experience.
