    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Serve as the content operations point of contact for Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Technology teams.
    • Participate in new product launch planning to ensure content readiness by go-live dates.
    • Assist in training and onboarding new team members on content tools and standards.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 2–4 years of experience in content operations, digital merchandising, eCommerce, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience working within a CMS, PIM, or DAM platform (e.g., Apptentive, Salsify, Contentful, Drupal).
    • Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail, grammar, and brand consistency.
