About the Role:
HUNT Mechanical is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to join our growing team in Huntington Beach, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a HVAC company specializing in Luxury Custom Homes

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Management Team in coordinating day-to-day operations of management and field staff
  • Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and workflow management for field technicians and crews
  • Monitor job progress, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships, procurement, and purchase orders
  • Help enforce safety protocols, compliance standards, and company policies
  • Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and identify areas for process improvement
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or a related trade industry
  • ServiceTitan experience a huge plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, work orders, or service documentation is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative, field-service environment
