Office Administrator- Tempe, AZ
What You'll Bring:
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, front desk, receptionist, or office administration roles.
  • Experience with access control and facility monitoring, including monitoring employee and visitor entry/exit, ensuring individuals access only authorized areas, checking guests in and out according to established procedures, and monitoring keycard access.
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to consistently commute to the work location.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and guests entering the office.
  • Manage visitor check-in and check-out processes through the onsite visitor management kiosk, ensuring all established access procedures are followed.
  • Monitor and maintain access control, including verifying that visitors are properly authorized and escorted by a CDW employee when required.
  • Issue, manage, and monitor employee and visitor keycard access.
  • Monitor CCTV systems to help maintain a safe and secure office environment.
  • Manage the front desk phone and provide professional assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Support conference room coordination, including assisting with room setup and addressing basic meeting-related needs.
  • Assist with office supply management, including inventory monitoring and coordinating supply orders as needed.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front-office environment in a high-volume office setting.
  • Work onsite Monday through Friday to support the day-to-day needs of a busy office with approximately 300 employees and frequent vendor and visitor traffic.
