They are seeking a Network Support Engineer to perform operational support of network infrastructure and provide 3rd level support for all network devices while working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative network solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Perform operational support of the company's network infrastructure, including Palo Alto CloudGenix and Prisma tunnels.
• Provides 3rd level support for all network (LAN, WAN, network security, and load balancer) devices.
