A leading digital streaming network seeks an Assistant Manager to support the development and execution of promotional campaigns for theatrical film releases across domestic and international markets. This role partners with global brand partners, internal stakeholders, and local market teams to coordinate campaign deliverables, manage timelines, and bring engaging movie experiences to audiences worldwide.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Support the end-to-end execution of theatrical promotional partnerships across global, domestic, and international markets, coordinating campaigns spanning broadcast, retail, digital, social media, print, radio, field activations, and other promotional channels.
  • Manage partner timelines, campaign schedules, and project deliverables while facilitating status meetings, tracking milestones, documenting action items, and ensuring initiatives remain on schedule from development through execution.
  • Review and coordinate approvals for creative submissions from partners and international markets by gathering stakeholder feedback, communicating updates, and ensuring promotional materials align with overall film marketing strategies.
  • Maintain partnership operations by organizing campaign assets and documentation, supporting merchandise and sweepstakes fulfillment, distributing film materials, managing shared drives, and preparing reports, case studies, presentations, and partnership resources.
  • Support event execution and partner engagement activities, including screenings, partner summits, premieres, sponsorship activations, logistics coordination, invite management, vendor communications, and on-site event support.
  • Assist with budget-related activities by tracking purchase orders, facilitating vendor onboarding and invoice processing, managing inventory distribution, and collaborating across marketing teams on additional promotional initiatives and special projects.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in studio marketing, promotions, partnerships, advertising agencies, account management, and/or sales environments.
  • Experience in international marketing, preferably within partnership marketing, is required.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Keynote, Photoshop, Box, or other graphic design and collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and enthusiasm for film and entertainment marketing.
  • Fluency in additional languages is preferred.

Shift:
  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Ability to travel is preferred.
  • Some OT is expected.
