As a Culinary Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in a corporate culinary environment, supporting menu development, operational excellence, and innovation across multiple locations. Working alongside our corporate culinary team, you'll help create and refine the food experiences that make Studio Movie Grill unique.
What You'll Do:
• Assist in recipe preparation, testing, and documentation
• Support menu development through research, tastings, and feedback sessions
• Shadow chefs and gain exposure to multi-unit kitchen operations
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
• Support inventory tracking and ingredient sourcing research
• Participate in culinary meetings, reviews, and innovation sessions
• Conduct competitive research and analyze food and industry trends
• Prepare reports and presentations for assigned projects
• Lead a small-scale culinary project and present findings to leadership
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
• Current Studio Movie Grill Team Member or enrollment in a Culinary Arts program
• Basic kitchen skills and knowledge of food safety practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
