EXPECTATIONS FOR SUCCESS

As a Buyer with our organization, you will need to bring an advanced vision of how you will achieve the business objectives while managing a team of Associate and Assistant Buyers. We are in need for talent who seeks development but can also strategically own a business and manage a team. Collaborating weekly with the Planning team is essential and strong vendor and market relationships are essential to your success. Buyers must be strong negotiators, have a great eye for fashion, and understand price points for merchandise, monitor sales, execute promotions, work closely with key marketing and ecommerce partners, as well as successfully drive sales plans. Buyers will lead a team and need to motivate, engage and inspire as well as provide leadership and training to others.

KEY ATTRIBUTES 

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of buying experience, preferably in off price, mass retail, or other aspects of retail?
