D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Marketing Designer . The right candidate is responsible for designing and producing engaging marketing assets that support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and digital engagement across multiple channels. The Marketing Designer contributes creative ideas, executes design solutions, and continuously develops expertise in digital marketing, branding, and user-centered design.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design creative assets for digital and print marketing initiatives, including websites, email campaigns, social media, digital advertising, presentations, brochures, signage, and sales materials

Translate marketing objectives, creative briefs, and brand standards into visually compelling designs that support customer engagement and campaign performance

Collaborate with marketing, product management, copywriters, and production designers to develop creative concepts and campaign materials from initial design through final delivery

Prepare production-ready files and ensure creative assets meet quality standards, accessibility requirements, and technical specifications for multiple platforms

Apply established brand guidelines while adapting creative assets for various audiences, business initiatives, and communication channels

Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback while balancing multiple projects and meeting established deadlines

Maintain organized project files, design libraries, and creative assets to support efficient collaboration and consistency across marketing initiatives

Stay current on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging creative technologies to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of marketing communications

Assist in expanding the organization’s library of reusable design templates, graphic elements, and creative resources to improve consistency and production efficiency

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute design ideas that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives

Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Ability to travel overnight

Regular and relieable attendance

Qualifications Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Two (2) to four (4) years of professional graphic or marketing design experience

Experience creating digital and print marketing materials

Knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, layout, branding, and digital marketing fundamentals

Ability to interpret creative direction, manage multiple priorities, produce high-quality visual assets, and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications

Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns or customer-facing brands

Experience designing for web, email, and social media platforms
