Non-Exempt (Hourly) Position
The AssistantManager, in coordination with the General Manager, is responsible for overseeingthe operations of a Dominos store(s) in a manner that will achieve profitobjectives, provide customer satisfaction and maintain an invigorating andstimulating work environment for all employees. It is the responsibility of theAssistant Manager to utilize sound principles to maximize store profitabilityand value in accordance with goals of the Company.
This is a hands-onposition requiring regular presence in the store. This position cannot befulfilled remotely and the employee must be able to work the hours assigned. TheAssistant Manager is responsible for utilizing strong interpersonal skills andgood business judgment to balance the needs of the staff with the businessinterests of the Company. The Assistant Manager, in coordination with theGeneral Manager, is expected to achieve optimal productivity from its staff andto ensure customer satisfaction at all times. In addition, the Assistant Manager is responsible for enforcing andupholding all Company policies.
