Your Responsibilities

Maloney Properties is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our team based at a residential community in the South End. The portfolio consists of 209 units of affordable housing. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include:

  • Leasing.
  • Waitlist management.
  • Recertifications.
  • Rent collections.
  • Monthly reporting.
  • Unit inspections.
  • Compliance.
  • Overall office management.

The work hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00.

Your Qualifications

Experience in property management is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

  • Experience with Section 8 and LIHTC program is required.
  • COS, C3P or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required; knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
