Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Service Management Analyst to support service operations within a regulated enterprise environment. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with 1-3 years of experience who thrives in structured environments and is passionate about process improvement, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Support service management processes including incident, change, and access management
Assist with CAPA activities and ensure proper documentation and follow-through
Maintain validation documentation in alignment with audit and regulatory requirements
Track, manage, and report on service metrics using Jira or similar task management tools
Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Contribute to process improvements and compliance initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1-3 years of experience in service management, preferably in a regulated or enterprise setting
Familiarity with CAPA processes, change management, and access control
Understanding of validation documentation and audit readiness practices
Strong analytical and reporting skills
