Hospitality & Leasing Agent

Location: Little Havana, Miami

Compensation: $17-$22 per hour depending on experience

Full-Time Position

The Propolis is looking for a Hospitality & Leasing Agent to become one of the main faces of our communities.

This role is a combination of hospitality, leasing, sales, and resident interaction. You will spend your day communicating with prospective residents, conducting tours, answering questions, helping people move into our communities, and creating a positive experience throughout the process.

We are not looking for someone with the perfect resume.

We are looking for someone who is:

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from prospective residents
Follow up with leads
Schedule and conduct property tours
Guide applicants through the leasing process
Assist with move-ins and resident communications
Help maintain strong occupancy across the portfolio
Create and post content showcasing available units and community life
Represent The Propolis professionally both online and in person

Requirements

Strong communication skills
Comfortable using technology and learning new software
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
English required
Spanish is a plus

No prior leasing experience is required.

Hospitality, sales, customer service, restaurant, hotel, front desk, retail, or other people-facing experience is a plus, but we are primarily hiring for attitude, communication skills, work ethic, and the ability to learn.
