In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.
We are seeking experienced and highly qualified Advanced Law Enforcement Tactics Instructors to support the delivery of specialized law enforcement training programs. The selected candidates will provide advanced tactical instruction in classroom, field, and live-training environments while supporting mission readiness through high-quality, standards-based training delivery.
This role requires extensive operational and instructional experience in law enforcement tactics, firearms, emergency medical response, and scenario-based training.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced law enforcement tactics instruction in classroom and field environments
  • Conduct firearms and live-fire range instruction in accordance with established safety and operational standards
  • Support tactical medicine and EMT-related training exercises
  • Provide instruction in land navigation, water operations, survival techniques, and fieldcraft
  • Facilitate scenario-based training exercises and practical applications
  • Assist with curriculum development, lesson plans, training materials, and scenario design
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback and remediation as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, operational, and training standards during instruction
  • Support mission readiness initiatives through effective training delivery and operational expertise

Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in law enforcement, tactical operations, or specialized training environments
  • Demonstrated experience delivering law enforcement or tactical instruction
  • Strong background in firearms operations and live-fire range safety procedures
  • Experience in emergency medical response, tactical medicine, EMT, or related medical support training
  • Ability to conduct both classroom and hands-on field instruction
  • Experience supporting curriculum development and scenario-based training programs
  • Strong communication, leadership, and instructional skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic operational and training environments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous federal law enforcement, military, or specialized tactical unit experience
  • Instructor certifications related to firearms, tactical operations, defensive tactics, or emergency medical training
  • EMT, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), or related medical certifications
  • Experience supporting large-scale or mission-critical training programs
  • Water operations, survival, or specialized field training experience

Work Environment
  • Combination of classroom, outdoor field, and live-fire range environments
  • May require travel and flexible scheduling based on operational needs
  • Physically demanding activities may be required during training delivery
