Job description

Armogan Certified Law Enforcement Instructor (Evening & Weekend Availability)

Contract Position (1099) – Remote | Commission Only

Armogan Consulting & Training is expanding our certified instructor network to support increased client demand during evening and weekend booking windows.

We are seeking a professional law enforcement mentor to deliver structured coaching sessions to police candidates using the Armogan training system.

This is not employment. This is an independent contractor role within Armogan’s licensed instructor network.

About Armogan

Armogan Consulting & Training helps police candidates successfully navigate the law enforcement hiring process through structured coaching, proven preparation systems, and instructor support. Our instructors operate under certification using Armogan’s curriculum, tools, and coaching frameworks.

Role Overview

You will conduct remote coaching sessions with police candidates using Armogan’s curriculum and structured coaching model. Candidates book sessions through our system, and instructors accept sessions based on their availability.

This role is ideal for retired or experienced former officers who enjoy mentoring and want flexible contractor income during evenings and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have:

  • At least 3 years of current or prior law enforcement experience in good standing
  • Professional conduct history with no sustained integrity or misconduct issues
  • Strong communication and mentoring ability
  • Comfort guiding candidates through high-accountability career preparation

Instruction, FTO, supervisory, or training background is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured coaching sessions with police candidates
  • Guide candidates through hiring process phases
  • Use Armogan coaching frameworks and materials
  • Maintain professional communication and session quality
  • Document session outcomes within platform tools

Availability Structure

Armogan is expanding instructor coverage during high-demand booking periods, typically including:

  • Weekday evenings
  • Saturdays
  • Sundays

Instructors set their own availability within the booking system and choose which sessions to accept. There are no required shifts, only preferred availability windows.

Compensation

  • Commission-based compensation only
  • Instructors are paid a percentage of program revenue for the clients they service
  • Paid monthly
  • No cap on accepted sessions

This role does not include hourly wages, salary, or employee benefits.

What Armogan Provides

  • Structured curriculum
  • Coaching systems
  • Client flow
  • Scheduling platform
  • Instructor certification
  • Ongoing instructor support

You bring professional experience. We provide the system.
