Job description

Our client, a boutique hotel in Atlanta is seeking an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Supervisor for a temporary task-force assignment at a high-volume, upscale hospitality property. This individual will work closely with culinary leadership to support daily kitchen operations, supervise the culinary team, and ensure consistent food quality and execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong culinary professional who can quickly step into a new operation, lead by example, and provide immediate support to the team. The assignment is expected to last approximately 90 days, with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent position.
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff during daily service
  • Work hands-on alongside the culinary team as needed
  • Assist with food preparation and execution across restaurant, café, and banquet operations
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, consistency, and timing
  • Assist culinary leadership with menu planning, inventory, ordering, and management of supplies
  • Ensure stations are properly set up, maintained, and prepared for service
