The ideal candidate will have previous recruiting experience within the quick-service restaurant, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced, multi-location environment. This individual must be comfortable sourcing passive candidates, conducting recruiter screens, managing multiple open positions, and maintaining consistent communication with candidates and hiring leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet position requirements.

• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, employment history, communication skills, career goals, and overall fit.

• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process, from initial outreach through interview coordination, offer acceptance, and pre-employment steps.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring leaders.

• Develop and maintain recruiting pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions.

• Maintain accurate and current candidate information within the applicant tracking system.

• Assist with developing job descriptions and recruiting strategies that align with business needs.

• Track recruiting activity and outcomes to identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Provide candidates with a professional, responsive, and positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Two or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience preferred.

• Recruiting experience within quick-service restaurants, restaurants, hospitality, retail, or another multi-location organization is strongly preferred.

• Experience recruiting restaurant managers, district managers, area supervisors, multi-unit leaders, or corporate support professionals is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates through cold outreach, networking, job boards, and social media.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage several open positions and competing priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring leaders and other departments.

• Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Schedule:

• Full-time position

• Monday through Friday

• 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• This is an on-site only position and is not remote or hybrid.

Benefits:

• Paid time off

• Employee discount

• Employee referral program

• Paid training

Work Location:
