Job description


Semiconductor equipment automation and integration with MES
SECS/GEM equipment communication. Strong understanding of SEMI standards (E5, E30, E37).
Data collection over SECS/GEM
Station controller development
Automated finite state machine and workflow design
Design and implementation of equipment-to-host interfaces
Equipment and MES process validation
Proficiency with Inductive Automation Ignition
Tag design, UDTs and tag naming conventions
Perspective web user interface
General web programming (HTML, CSS, etc.)
REST API experience
Python (Jython) scripting
MES fundamentals
Modeling automation setups in MES
Executing remote transactions in MES
Prefer experience with Siemens Opcenter EX SM
Responsibilities
Must have experience in SECS/GEM equipment communication.
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills
  • Developing Rich User interface, Web Applications and Desktop Applications.
  • Databases Oracle, SQL Server
  • Must have experience in developing, maintaining, testing, debugging, and hosting win & web applications
  • Experience dealing with hardware devices and/or Semiconductor devices process manufacturing will be an asset
  • Superior analytical, problem solving and engineering skills
  • Strong leadership, project management & communication skills
  • Quick learner, Self-motivated & ability to take application ownership

Qualifications
