Seeking an Executive Assistant that will provide administrative support to an Executive in the Music Industry. This key support role functions as a trusted team member responsible for day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This individual will possess exceptional communication skills, ensure seamless execution of priorities, and operate with autonomy.

What you'll do:
  • Provide administrative support for the Executive, coordinating meetings, scheduling, and setting up client/staff meetings, lunches, and heavy calendar management in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Proactively anticipates needs and identifies opportunities to optimize time and impact
  • Adapt quickly to "in the moment changes", ensuring continuous communication and coordination
  • Prepare for meetings - including agendas, briefings and follow-up actions
  • Responsible for booking travel, manage reservations, check-in for flights and be on standby when executive is traveling
  • Proactively organize and prioritize daily workload
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion 
  • Assist with general office errands, support, and assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed
  • Ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Stay calm and centered during moments of high pressure while maintaining a sense of urgency
  • Prior music or entertainment industry experience supporting senior level executives preferred
