Now Hiring: Assistant Human Resources Director

In this role, you will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.


What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the HR Director to execute HR strategies that support business objectives, foster an engaging workplace culture, and drive team member success.
  • Support the full team member lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, compensation and benefits programs, while promoting a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee HR operations, systems, reporting, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, team member satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Human Resources management experience, preferably within a large resort, hotel, convention center, or similarly complex hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment practices, including employee relations, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, FMLA/leave administration, OSHA reporting, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and business software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ADP, HRIS platforms, and other workforce management systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, exercise sound judgment, resolve workplace issues effectively, and support programs such as international exchange visitor initiatives and employee housing operations.
