Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Assistant Location: Freehold, NJ Type: Direct-Hire Opportunity Compensation: $18.00/hr. Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40 hours

Bilingual HR Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, maintaining files, and completing agency forms such as unemployment and garnishment forms.
  • Enter employment data into the computer database efficiently.
  • Assist HR supervisor with the hiring process, including reviewing applications, managing I-9 and W-4 documentation.
Bilingual HR Assistant Job Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in an office setting.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
