Job Description:
Omnicom Health is seeking an HR Manager who will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive business objectives and foster a positive employee experience. You'll partner closely with leaders to support talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning within a fast-paced agency environment.
Working collaboratively with Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Learning & Development, you'll help implement people strategies that support business growth while ensuring a consistent and engaging employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and day-to-day HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.
Coach managers on employee relations matters, performance management, organizational changes, and talent development.
Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees, providing thoughtful guidance on HR policies, practices, and employee concerns.
Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategy, workforce planning, and onboarding.
Lead performance management, compensation planning, promotions, and talent review processes within assigned client groups.
Collaborate with Payroll, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and other HR partners to deliver seamless HR support.
Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities and support business decision-making.
Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and organizational culture initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment practices, and applicable employment laws.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
6+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
Experience supporting managers within a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization; advertising, communications, or professional services experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing employee relations, performance management, compensation processes, organizational change, and talent initiatives.
Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills with leaders at all levels.
Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Resourceful, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.1.00
