  • Under general supervision, provide assistance in all areas of HR, including employment, communication, team member events, and record retention. Coordinate and maintain employee master files and the input of accurate data into the employee database. Assist applicants and employees by answering questions and providing guidance and information.
  • Deliver internal and external guest service following the ACES model (Acknowledge with a friendly & timely greeting, Convey positivity and knowledge, Engage with the guest and provide an amazing and clean guest experience, Show Appreciation and offer a personalized farewell.)
  • Maintain general office, front desk, HR lobby area, and HR areas across property, ensuring that they are neat/clean, orderly, and that all necessary information in those areas is up to date.
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate entry of information into HRIS and employee files, including I-9 tracking. Perform other administrative duties, including ordering office supplies, payroll deduction completion, and badge administration.
  • Handle team member questions/requests via phone and in person; manage the traffic at the HR front desk; provide guidance and assistance to applicants, current team members, and department heads.
  • Assist in coordinating New Hire Orientation, open interviews, and hiring events. Facilitate LMS and HRIS introduction following New Hire Orientation.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining property communication, to include employee self service portal, back-of-house hallways, and updated required federal, state, and local law posters.
  • Assist with execution of engagement, wellness, and retention events.
  • Assist in the storage and organization of supplies for all team member events.
  • Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards.
  • Provide general administration and clerical support as needed.
  • Maintain information and materials as confidential and secure.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and policies and operates within those guidelines.
