Job description

We are growing, client-focused insurance agency based in the Lehigh Valley Area with 3 offices, dedicated to helping individuals, famlies, and business owners protect what matters most. Our team prides itself on professionalism, trust and delivering personalized solutions with exceptional service. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, engaged and willing to grow and make a career in the Insurance Industry. This role requires strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Client support: Answer questions about coverage, claims, and billing, and assist with policy documents.ย 
  • Sales support: Identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling products to existing customers.ย 
  • Administrative tasks: Record customer interactions, process payments, and maintain client records.ย 
  • Policy management: Process policy adjustments, renewals, and cancellations.ย Update client information accurately.ย 
  • Key duties include providing quotes, processing payments, ensuring policy information is accurate, and building client relationships through strong communication
  • Complaint resolution: Address customer complaints, find solutions, and follow up to ensure a satisfactory resolution.ย 
  • New business support: Assist potential clients by providing quotes and gathering necessary information to set up new policies.ย 



Qualifications

  • Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled clients
  • Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
  • Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
  • Good communication skills with customers and team players
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and relevant software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Prior customer service or insurance experience is often preferred.
  • Bilingual In Spanish
