• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Our clients come from various backgrounds, and our therapists are skilled at approaching each situation with empathy, culturally sensitive practices, and evidence-based interventions. Your role is crucial in helping clients achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall life satisfaction.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to care.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations experiencing mental health conditions or life transitions.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload management skills.
