Required Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably on DoD, Army, or federal contracts.
Position Description
PingWind is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphics Designer to support U.S. Army and DoD visual communication and multimedia needs. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality graphic design, branding, layout, and multimedia production in support of training materials, public affairs, strategic communications, briefings, and other mission-critical products.
Primary Responsibilities
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Design, develop, and deliver 2D/3D graphics, infographics, illustrations, and visual elements for Army publications, training materials, and briefing products.
• Support Army strategic communication and public affairs teams with digital media, event branding, and multimedia content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, writers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform technical content into clear, visually engaging designs.
• Create visual aids for PowerPoint, social media, posters, banners, videos, and presentations.
• Ensure all materials meet DoD and Army branding, security, and Section 508 accessibility compliance standards.
• Manage graphic asset libraries, templates, and version control within approved file-sharing platforms.
• Support video editing, motion graphics, and interactive media projects as needed.
• Use government-provided platforms such as SharePoint, Army MilSuite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably on DoD, Army, or federal contracts.
Desired Qualifications
• Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) - Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
• Familiarity with DoD Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and Army Learning Concept.
