At Sassy Woof, we're passionate about creating stylish, functional pet accessories that help celebrate the everyday moments between dogs and their humans. From licensed collections to seasonal launches and community events, we love creating content that makes dog parents smile.

We're looking for a creative, social media-savvy intern who loves storytelling, keeps up with social trends, and is excited to bring fresh ideas to our marketing team.


Position Overview

As our Graphic Designer, you'll help create engaging content across our social media platforms while gaining hands-on experience working with a fast growing pet lifestyle brand. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Digital Media, or a related field.


What You'll Do

  • Brainstorm and pitch creative social media content and campaign ideas.
  • Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
  • Design engaging graphics and visual assets for social media, email marketing, website content, digital advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create on-brand graphics for product launches, seasonal collections, collaborations, giveaways, and events.
  • Assist with the development of marketing materials such as digital banners, promotional graphics, flyers, signage, and other branded collateral.
  • Work within Sassy Woofโ€™s existing brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative design ideas to the team.
  • Assist with basic photo editing, retouching, cropping, and product image preparation as needed.
  • Assist with filming behind-the-scenes content, product launches, and events.
  • Stay on top of current social media, graphic design, and visual content trends.
  • Monitor engagement and help identify opportunities to grow our online community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, launches, promotions, and creative concepts.
  • Assist with photoshoots, community events, and product launches.


What We're Looking For

  • Graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Significant and robust experience with Adobe tools including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Passion for social media and content creation.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and filming content.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Creative thinker who isn't afraid to pitch new ideas.
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools is a plus.
  • Photography and videography experience is a bonus.
  • Love for dogs and/or cats is highly encouraged!

  • Have created content for your own social media channels or another brand.
  • Understand current TikTok and Instagram trends.
  • Have basic knowledge of social media analytics.
