Job description


PTP is a fast-growing system integrator that offers strategic Customer Experience (CX) solutions to our clients. We are rapidly expanding our cloud practice and looking for a Google Cloud Solution Architect to design and deliver CX solutions leveraging Google Cloud technologies. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with the opportunity to influence PTP's offerings, delivery services, and shape the PTP partnership with Google Cloud. Responsibilities
  • Lead solution and architecture design for Google Cloud CX projects
  • Create comprehensive architecture diagrams, demos, proof-of-concepts, and delivery accelerators
  • Implement secure and scalable Google Cloud solutions in production environments through hands-on engineering
  • Demonstrate deep technical expertise in Google Cloud Customer Engagement Suite (CES) services / CCAI
  • Mentor developers and engineers during project execution
  • Partner with project managers to ensure on-time, quality delivery
  • Identify opportunities and advocate for Google Cloud solutions
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and practice development

Requirements
  • 5+ years of architecture and implementation experience with public cloud platforms, including at least 3 years on GCP
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation of key Google Cloud solutions: Dialogflow CX/ES, Conversational Insights, Speech to Text, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, GKE or Cloud Run, and/or Vertex AI
  • Expert in Google Cloud foundational best practices for IAM, project hierarchy, central logging and monitoring, VPC networks, hybrid connectivity, and billing
  • Experience designing and deploying production solutions on Google Cloud within contact center or CX transformation engagements
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on implementation
  • Ability to lead a small team of developers
  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification

Desired
  • Experience implementing large-scale contact center transformations with one or more of the following CES solutions: Google Cloud CCaaS / CCAIP, Agent Assist, Quality AI
  • Experience in Google Cloud Retail Search / Vertex AI Search for commerce
  • Experience with the implementation of agentic workflows using Vertex AI
  • Experience designing accelerators or packaged offerings for cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with other contact center solutions (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Five9)
  • Additional Professional-level Google Cloud certifications
