SALARY:
As per HEA Contract
*Hillside Education Association members who hold a teaching certificate have first priority for appointment as athletic coaches.
In the event that there is no qualified and certified applicant from within the teachers' bargaining unit, the Board may appoint the
holder of a county substitute credential with the county superintendent's approval.
