Job Purpose
The Data Insights & Financial Analyst role supports the NA AG Marketing Organization with various financial tasks, including new vendor on-boarding, purchase order creation, goods receipt posting, budget reconciliation and annual forecasting. This role works closely with assigned cost center managers to ensure expenses are reported correctly and within budget. This position is a hybrid role that requires an individual to be onsite in Racine, WI three (3) days per week.
Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor On-boarding: Support the addition of new vendors into CNH systems.
  • Purchase Order Creation: Generate and manage purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
  • Posting Goods Receipts: Accurately post goods receipts to maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure proper accounting of received items.
  • Capital Requests Management and Support: Oversee the planning, approval, tracking, and financial control of capital investment projects across CNH operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports related to purchase orders, invoices, and other financial activities to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Annual Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual financial forecasts, including revenue, expense, and cash flow projections.
  • Budget Reconciliation: Perform budget reconciliation to ensure alignment between actual expenditures and budgeted amounts, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business planning and performance evaluation.
  • Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain financial models, perform data analysis, and generate reports.

Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analyst role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of basic finance principles and accounting practices.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Experience implementing AI tools to create efficiencies

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $63,750.00 - $97,750.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
