Job Description

Join a team of commercial finance professionals to drive business decisions. You will play a key role in managing financial performance and implementing financial strategies to achieve business objectives. You will support business partners thru budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting. The Commercial Finance team is looking for a financial analyst with analytical rigor and strategic thinking to drive our business forward. This is an exciting role that provides finance support to business partners and leads projects. You will partner closely with business leaders and support the General Managers (GM) in achieving financial targets. You will identify industry/competitive trends and report insights to key stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to commercial teams, providing actionable insights, challenging assumptions, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against forecasts, identify variances, and effectively communicate drivers, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.

  • Support, identify and implement process improvements in FP&A processes and reporting to increase value-add analysis to support strategic initiatives

  • Drive enhancements in reporting processes, tools, and dashboards, improving accuracy, efficiency, and transparency while standardizing and streamlining reporting.

  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis/special projects to assist management in understanding business performance and support strategic initiatives.

  • Assist with the annual strategic planning and budgeting financial process. This includes collaborations with business leaders, data collection & consolidation process with FP&A resources and functional leadership and validating for completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2-3 years of accounting/finance experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and particularly strong Excel skills.

  • Previous experience in Tableau, ERP & Consolidation systems (Onestream, D365, Oracle) is a plus.

  • Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks.

  • Highly motivated with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of processes to facilitate continuous improvement.
