Position Overview:
Motorcars is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Automotive Billing Clerk to join our accounting team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle sales transactions, funding documents, and billing across internal departments and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and finalize all vehicle sales billing
  • Post car deals and verify all required documentation is complete
  • Reconcile schedules and resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Coordinate with sales managers and finance teams on outstanding items
  • Maintain accurate deal files in accordance with state and company guidelines
  • Assist with DMV paperwork and title processing as needed

Qualifications:
  • Prior automotive billing experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dealership management software (e.g., Dealertrack or similar systems)
