What You'll Do:
• Support full community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance
• Assume Executive Director responsibilities and overall community leadership during ED absence
• Partner with the ED to drive occupancy, revenue growth and operational excellence
• Lead recruiting, hiring, coaching and performance management of team members
• Support budget management, expense control and financial performance
• Drive resident and family engagement, satisfaction and service recovery
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
• Participate in sales efforts, move-ins and community outreach initiatives
• Lead meetings, communicate priorities and align department leaders
What You'll Bring:
• Prior leadership experience (senior living preferred)
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Administrator license as required
• Experience in operations, team leadership and performance management
