Job Description
Summary/objective
Buffalo Rock is an award-winning Pepsi and Keurig Dr Pepper bottler founded in Birmingham, AL more than 123 years ago. Buffalo Rock manages the best beverage portfolio in the country, which includes several beloved global and regional brands. The Franchise Equipment Manager will lead communication, the local Marketing Equipment team, equipment flow and local in-trade work.
Essential functions

  • Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position. Position is required to work all hours necessary to ensure operations function is fulfilled, including nights, weekends, holidays. Travel will be required.
  • Supervising the local Marketing Equipment teams.
  • Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, rewarding, and disciplining subordinate employees, and making recommendations with regard to promotions, demotions, and other changes of status.
  • Establish and monitor all metric objectives.
  • Assist with special projects.
  • Ensure all daily operations are completed in an efficient and profitable manner.
  • Ensure all Equipment Management Software procedures are followed by all personnel.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Monitor local EOM inventory and accounting procedures in Equipment Management Software.
  • Monitor local vending key controls.
  • Communicate with the Regional Marketing Equipment Manager on all related issues.
  • Order parts needed for machine repairs.
  • Contact other repair personnel or make arrangements for the removal of machines in cases where major repairs are required.
  • Make service calls to maintain and repair machines.
  • Required to complete other activities assigned by supervisor.
