Job description

Hourly Pay Range:
$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October 2026.
Position Highlights:
  • Position: Registered Nurse - Cath Lab
  • Location: Naperville, Edward Hospital
  • PRN, as needed
    • Hours of operation: M-F 7a to 5:30p
    • Optional call (including Days, Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

What you will do:
Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care. Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patients' condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients' progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals. The following are general characteristics of this job, although duties may vary by assigned unit or shift.
What you will need:
  • Previous experience as a Cath Lab RN required
  • Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree (BSN required within 5 years from start date)
  • Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
  • CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 mths of start date into position
