Snowball is hiring a YouTube Video Editor for a confidential, global technology company shaping how the world works, builds, and connects.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to help evolve and scale established YouTube channels for one of the most influential technology brands in the world.
You'll be editing content for high-visibility channels with built-in audiences, helping raise creative quality, improve retention, and bring powerful technology stories to life in a way that feels human, inspiring, and culturally relevant.
This role reports directly into the client's internal marketing and content organization, with Snowball serving as the creative YouTube partner supporting the channel's strategic and creative development. You'll collaborate closely with Snowball's YouTube growth experts (27M+ subscribers, 110B+ views) to elevate storytelling, refine creative execution, experiment with new formats, and help scale one of the most influential technology channels on the platform.
What You'll Do
  • Edit high-performing longform, YouTube-first content across established channels
  • Shape stories with strong pacing, hooks, and creative polish optimized for retention and watch time
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams,producers, strategists, and creatives on various types of longform formats
  • Maintain organized, scalable workflows to ensure fast, reliable delivery at volume
  • Continuously refine creative based on performance data and audience insights
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of professional editing experience (YouTube experience strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Frame.io (After Effects is a plus)
