ORDER FULFILLMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Assistant Manager to join our team and help oversee the efficiency, accuracy, and overall success of our order fulfillment operations. The Order Fulfillment Assistant Manager supports the Fulfillment Manager in supervising daily operations related to order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy. This role ensures that all orders are fulfilled on time, in full, and with high quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the Order Fulfillment Manager in overseeing daily fulfillment operations, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate fulfillment associates to meet performance goals and maintain accuracy standards
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure proper stock rotation and replenishment
  • Help maintain quality control by ensuring all outgoing orders meet company and customer expectations
  • Support implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as order accuracy, shipping timelines, and labor productivity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and workplace regulations
  • Provide coverage and leadership support in the Fulfillment Manager’s absence
  • As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior supervisory experience a must
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
