Description
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated systems, i.e.: Shop Floor Automation (deboning, sizers, DSI) Shop Floor controls (PLC's HMI's) Inline Labelers, Hopper Scales, Palletizers Feed Mill Automation (Beta Raven) Maintain interfaces for integration. Work with Edge Computing. Secure Shop Floor Technology. Work in the Enterprise Domain (All Koch Facilities). Liaise with the following groups: Data Center, Network, Security, Support, Software Development, Corp Engineering, Complex & Plant Managers, and Maintenance Assist the Information Technologies Department in meeting company/division performance, safety, and business goals. Perform all initiatives of the Department to assist team with maximizing performance and efficiency. Promote and follow all Koch Safety Programs to minimize work-related injuries. Any and all other relevant responsibilities as directed.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft software including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong written and oral skills. Experience and education in Industrial Automation Controls required. High School graduate, College Education preferred. CAT6 cabling, ability to terminate both male and female jacks based on industry standards. Use of Flute Network tester.
Physical Requirements
  • General travel to remote sites.
  • Typical office setting within a manufacturing facility.
