Job Summary
The Richards College of Business is seeking an energetic and organized Student Assistant to support the planning, marketing, and execution of the Richards EDGE program.
The Richards EDGE is a career readiness badging program designed to give business students a competitive advantage. Through intentional co-curricular experiences aligned with eight professional competencies endorsed by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), this program helps students build essential career-ready skills throughout their college journey.
Required Qualifications
  • Undegraduate business major.
  • Must be in good academic standing.
  • Must be enrolled at UWG in a minimum of 6 credit hours with a 2.0 GPA or higher.
  • Must be able to commit to 10 hrs weekly work schedule.
  • Must have completed at least two EDGE levels.

Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions
  • Requires the ability to work on-site across campus to lead, set up, and host active student events and workshops.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Canva.
  • Past experience helping plan or run campus events, club meetings, or community initiatives.
  • Familiarity with managing or creating content for professional or organizational social media channels.
