What are some common challenges an assistant diving coach may face when working with student-athletes?

Assistant Diving Coaches often work with athletes at varying skill levels, which can present challenges in designing effective training sessions that address individual needs while fostering teamwork. Building trust and communication with divers is essential, especially when addressing fear and helping them master complex techniques safely.
