Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Assist with the daily operations of the athletic program, including practices, events, travel coordination, recruiting, and student-athlete support. Provide administrative and organizational support for coaches and athletic staff through scheduling, communication, and program management. Monitor student-athlete academic progress while promoting accountability and success. Help manage equipment, facilities, inventory, digital content, social media, and program records. Adhere to all institutional and athletic association policies, procedures, and regulations while performing additional duties as assigned.
REPORTS TO:Head Coach
Job Duties
    • Support daily operations of the athletic program, including practice preparation, game day coordination, recruiting activities, and student-athlete development.
    • Assist coaching staff with administrative tasks, travel coordination, scheduling, communication, and overall program organization.
    • Monitor and support student-athlete academic progress while promoting academic success and team accountability.
    • Manage team equipment, apparel, facilities, inventory, and purchasing needs.
    • Assist with social media management, digital content creation, video organization, and maintenance of team-related online platforms.
    • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transportation services, and athletic department personnel to support team operations and events.
    • Maintain organized records, reports, and filing systems while ensuring confidentiality when required.Adhere to all institutional, conference, and athletic association policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by coaching staff or athletic department supervisors.

Associate's Degree

Experience in assisting in the assigned sport
