Job description

We’re partnering with an established & rapidly growing food & beverage organization on a Warehouse Manager opportunity.


This role offers strong long-term growth potential, competitive compensation, & a generous annual bonus structure. The company is seeking a hands-on operational leader who can drive performance, build strong teams, & take full ownership of the facility.


The Warehouse Manager will oversee the full operation of a ~190,000 sq. ft. distribution center operating across 2 shifts, 6 days per week. This individual will have full accountability for site performance, safety, labor management, service levels, inventory accuracy, & operational execution.


The operation currently includes:

  • 2 Assistant Branch Managers
  • 20–25 union employees
  • ~30 total employees across the facility


This role is primarily aligned to a Monday–Friday day shift schedule; however, the Warehouse Manager is expected to adjust hours as needed to support the operation. Typical work weeks average ~45 hours.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily operations for a high-volume distribution center
  • Own overall site performance including P&L, KPIs, productivity, safety, & service metrics
  • Build, develop, & lead a high-performing operations team
  • Oversee labor planning, staffing, training, & employee development
  • Drive operational efficiency, workflow optimization, & continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop & implement SOPs, operational processes, & safety procedures
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, shipping execution, & on-time delivery performance
  • Partner cross-functionally to support operational goals & customer service expectations
  • Maintain a strong culture focused on accountability, safety, & execution
