It collaborates with cross-functional partners to resolve constraints and manage disruptions, ensuring strategic goals are met. The team communicates operational expectations to suppliers and transportation partners, addressing performance and driving accountability. Focused on continuous improvement, it designs and implements efficient processes that reduce waste and costs while improving service levels. Leveraging end-to-end supply chain and lean methodologies, the team advances operational performance and supports the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
What you'll do:

• Direct supply chain execution to optimize product flow from suppliers to stores, ensuring alignment with sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve order exceptions, disruptions, and constraints impacting supply chain performance.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and simplify workflows using lean methodologies.
• Manage relationships with external partners, overseeing compliance, performance measurement, and issue resolution.
• Develop and implement strategic plans based on business objectives, customer needs, and cost analysis.
• Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.
• Promote integrity, accountability, and a customer-focused culture across teams and partnerships.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in supply chain management with a focus on optimizing product flow and inventory profitability.
• Proven leadership skills in directing cross-functional teams and managing supplier and transporter relationships.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 7 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
