Job Title: Director, Supply Chain Mgmt

Job Code: 41917

Job Location: USA-NJ-Clifton

Job Schedule: 9/80 schule, Onsite

Responsible for the Supply Chain organization for the Electronic Warfare Division of Spectrum Superiority (S2) of L3Harris Technologies. This division is primarily located in Clifton, NJ. Approximately $180-$200 million in spending, managed by the supply chain team. The role includes the subcontracts, material planning, and supply chain program management functions. The total Headcount is approx. 60-70 team members with 4-5 direct reports.

The leader will be responsible for the staffing of the supply chain team consistent with program and dept. budget plans. The development of the organization will be considered a key aspect of this role along with the upfront engagement with the engineering and program teams to influence the new product/program designs for an effective supply chain outcome. The ability to drive productivity improvements (Supplier Quality, Cost and cycle time) year over year is a critical aspect of this role. This role will report to the S2 Sector Sr. Director, Supply Chain Management. Member of EW Division Leadership team accountable to the Division VP/GM and Dir, Operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages highly experienced professionals, managers or teams led by supervisors or managers.
  • Creates and maintains workforce plans to ensure necessary support is in place to accomplish departmental business results.
  • Communicates with parties within or outside of the organization on matters of strategic importance, major customers and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with internal leaders and supply chain partners.
  • Responsible for establishing the direction for new processes, systems, solutions, and products using significant conceptualization, reasoning, and interpretation.
  • Owns and develops tactical and operational plans and goals for the supply chain.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience.
  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Significant experience leading to the acquisition of customs, complex Electronic RF assemblies.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $144,000 - $268,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
