As a Director in Training, you will build leadership skills while consistently demonstrating our core values, embracing the Chick-fil-A culture, and having a servant's heart. In this role, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding our Team Members to do the same.

You must have a passion for people and for serving others, a strong character, initiative, and a sense of urgency at all times. Directors are responsible for supporting and executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Directors lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
